Luke is a very supportive personal trainer but keeps us in line. He knows our limits and pushes us to them.
He never lets us slack off, even on and off day.

He is extremely professional but always down for a laugh, lightening the mood and making our sessions fun. He ensures your well-being and safety and always tweaks us in workouts, showing us the correct technique.
